The Revel Drive is covered by a 6 month manufacturer's warranty that covers workmanship and material. Detailed warranty information can be found on our Store Policies page.
Water damage is not covered under warranty because the Revel Drive is NOT waterproof. Generaly speaking, skateboards are not safe to ride in water and should be avoided. Riding conditions are not always perfect and with that in mind we designed the Revel Drive to be highly water resistant. This means if you happen to get caught in the rain or the road is damp you can rest assured knowing that the critical components are protected with a good level of splash resistance.
If you experience an issue with your board and require technical assistance, please email us at support@my.revelboards.com and we'll do our best to get you back on the road in no time! If the board requires service at our San Diego, California office, we offer a flat $50 labor rate for repairs outside of warranty and our typical turnaround time is 2 to 4 business days.
