Warranty Information

The Revel Drive is covered by a 6 month manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in workmanship and material. This does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, accidents, or riding in water. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

This limited warranty only applies to products purchased directly from our website or from a REVEL Authorized Reseller. This limited warranty is valid only for the original purchaser, and it cannot be transferred to another person upon the sale, lease, or transfer of the product.

If the product has a manufacturing defect within 180 days of ship date, contact support@my.revelboards.com before shipping the board back in order to get a return authorization number.

Please save your shipping box. The warranty does not include damage from return shipping in insufficient packaging. For any concerns regarding your board, please contact us by email at support@my.revelboards.com.
