Insert screws from the top of the deck into the holes. Attach the Drive, the front riser and the front truck, then tighten the bolts and nuts using the skate-tool.
Make sure to check for wheel bite and insert additional risers if necessary!
Always wear a helmet.
Gloves, elbow pads and knee pads are highly recommended.
Find an open, flat area with smooth pavement for your first ride.
Turn on the Remote. Press and hold the on/off button on the remote control. The button will light blue and remote will vibrate when power is on.To turn the remote off, press and hold the on/off button.
Turn on the Drive. Press and hold the on/off button on the drive. The button will light blue when power is on. To turn the drive off, press and hold the on/off button.
Test remote connection to the board. With the drive wheels positioned upside down, gently push the throttle forward. If the wheels do not begin to spin, please see Remote Pairing section below.
Prepare to ride. Take 30 seconds and give your board a quick pre-ride inspection (see bottom of the page). Fasten your helmet and put on any additional safety equipment.
Time to ride. Step on to the board and gradually push forward the throttle control on the remote. Always begin braking well in advance, and never rely entirely on the electric brakes. Always ride within speeds and conditions you would be comfortable with on a regular non-powered board. Turn off the remote and the drive, when you are finished riding.
Charging the Drive Battery
Remove battery from Drive. Press the battery release button and pull the battery out using the release latches.
Connect charging adapter to charging dock. Plug the DC connector into the charging dock.
Connect charging adapter to DC wall outlet.
Place battery in charging dock. Insert battery into the charging dock at a 45° angle and push it toward the charging dock metal connectors, while laying it flat.
Charging the Remote Battery
Connect charging cable to any USB charging port (on your PC/MAC, laptop or a mobile phone charger)
Insert charging cable into the remote charging port, located at the top of the remote.
Pairing the Remote Control
Press and hold the on/off button on the remote for 5-6 seconds, until it starts flashing.
Press and hold the on/off button on the drive for 5-6 seconds, until the on/off button on the remote stops flashing.
The pairing is complete when the on/off button on the remote stops flashing.

Ride Mode and Reverse
Make sure trucks pivot correctly and kingpin nuts are tightened.
Check for wear on wheels, bearings and bushings.
Check all nuts and bolts and make sure they are tightened. Loose bolts can quickly lead to accelerated wear and damage to vital components.
Turn on the remote and the drive and make sure both hub motors are in good working condition by pushing the throttle forward to test acceleration and by pulling the throttle back to test braking.
