DO NOT RIDE WITHOUT READING THESE WARNINGS

Follow all instructions and ride safely. Loss of control, loss of braking power, collisions and falls put you at risk of serious injury or death.

Always wear a helmet. Other safety gear, such as gloves, wrist guards, elbow and knee pads are highly recommended.

Do not ride in water or other wet surfaces as it can cause the board to slip, lose power, or stop suddenly. Any amount of water has the potential to damage electronics. Water damage is not covered under warranty.

The board can lose power and brakes at any moment due to radio interference, a dead remote battery, unintentional release of the throttle, braking when the battery is fully charged, and other factors. Only ride at speeds where you would be comfortable without power and brakes.

The throttle is extremely sensitive. Always start moving as slowly as possible, to avoid being thrown off the board.

Always ride defensively in the presence of other vehicles. Avoid riding on busy roads. Assume other vehicles can't see you, and follow the laws that govern the use of your board on public roads, bike paths, and other places you may ride.

Do not attempt to ride over speed bumps. Depending on wheel size, deck flex and speed bump type, your board might not be able to clear them safely.

Pedestrians must always be yielded the right of way.

Braking downhill on a full battery can cause the drive to shut down due to regenerative braking overcharging the battery. To prevent this from happening, ride on flat ground or uphill before attempting to ride with brakes downhill.

Riding on hills is extremely dangerous and can cause injuries. You must know how to control your speed and not rely on kit brakes, as they can stop working at any time due to radio interference, a dead remote battery, or other factors.

Do not ride under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Opening or tampering with electronics enclosures will void the warranty.

The Revel Kit is built to handle shock and vibration from riding over a wide variety of terrain. However, riding off curbs, doing jumps or hops, and subjecting the board to other high-impact events may damage internal electronic components over time.

We highly recommend that you regularly inspect and maintain the board before every ride.

DO NOT RIDE A REVEL POWERED BOARD AT SPEEDS OR IN ENVIRONMENTS YOU WOULD NOT NORMALLY RIDE A STANDARD NON-POWERED SKATEBOARD.
