On The Lookout For The Perfect Electric Drop Through Deck? This Sector 9 Design Might Be It

Sector 9 Lookout Electric Longboard
For the start of the year, we wanted to feature something special. Drop through decks are favorites of ours and it's sure to help you make 2022 the year you skate more.
The Sector 9 Lookout shape has been popular among longboarders for years. This most recent iteration adds to the legendary quality and heritage Sector 9 is known for with looks to match.
This deck displays island flora blooming from a skull surrounded by a brilliant orange lei. When converted into a Revel electric skateboard, it looks like the tropical bouquet is emerging from the kit itself.
Topside, the classic Sector 9 Nine-Ball is enveloped in brightly colored flowers that pop against the sectional black dips contrasted with bamboo ends.

What Makes This Setup Unique?
Have we mentioned we love this shape? Here’s why. The directional cutout deck is a rather big and wide, low-riding, stable board ideal for pushing, dancing, even some downhill riding.
The bamboo and maple construction is a strong combination of flex and pop for carving while still feeling solid and stable when you need it.
Light concave and big cutouts give plenty of responsiveness and confidence to your carving. Drop through trucks also bring a lower center of gravity for more balance.
This custom build also features CNC-machined aluminum truck plates to add an aesthetic exclusive to this board. These truck plates don't enhance performance in any way, but we think they tie in nicely to the black undertones throughout the deck.
Speaking of looks, this has deck truly distinctive graphics that we are stoked to pair with the Revel Kit.
Utilizing the black sectional as a canvas, artist and waterman Kenny Vidinich of OneVibe Creative located in Maunalua Bay in east Honolulu, O'ahu created this bamboo deck’s island-inspired art.
